I was hoping I could ask a classical Hodgkin lymphoma question even though this is a NHL forum. I have a new 30 y/o male with advanced stage EBV-associated cHL with bone and pleural effusion involvement. He has active EBV infection based on PCR and titers. I am planning AAVD based on the updated OS in the ECHELON study. Do you agree and would you treat the EBV?
