We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale the technology that powers Primum. You’ll work across the stack—from web and mobile apps to backend systems, infrastructure, and integrations with best-in-class services and tools like Algolia, Twilio, Cursor, and Segment.
As an early team member, you’ll wear many hats and work closely with founders, designers, and other engineers to ship meaningful software to users. This is more than just writing code—it’s about solving problems for oncologists and the cancer patients they treat, quickly and thoughtfully.
